GEMS 6 - CELEBRATE LIFE ; CELEBRATE DANCE

time flies.
just a blink of an eye, gems is over.
for the past few days, waking up at 7am to go to school for training/fulldress was a chore.
i ranted for more sleep everyday.
i couldn't stand my whole body being drenched in sweat.
i reached home daily for at least 12midnight.
i was emotionally screwed for some internal conflict.
HOWEVER.
yesterday was the last day of gems.
i realised that the sleepless night was worth it afterall.
it meant so much to me when TPDE production touched the audience's heart.
i realised that being drenched in sweat was nothing at all.
it meant so much to me when the audience saw my effort i had put in for months.
i realised that internal conflict was just part and parcel of life.
it meant so much to me when we can really work successfully as a team, helping each other in quick change, taking care of one another when one falls sick during the training period.
although i fell on stage on my friday performance due to some careless mistake, that fall made me learnt to pick up from my mistake and continue marching on in my dance.
that fall pushes my boundaries a little as my leg was weak and kept trembling, but i had 2 more items to perform.
i finally had the opportunity to bring grandma and my family to watch my concert and i heard they enjoyed it alot.
this was really an awesome concert because it made me a better dancer - a better person.
