daaaaaaaaance baby!had Modern5 training in the afternoon.
the choreo was fantastic, thanks to cheryl, marcus and 1 more senior which i can't remember her name at the moment, oops.

my arm is aching like mad now.
last few days was my leg, now my arm.

i think there's really something wrong with my body/muscle/bones.
