intense training again .
expected to get some muscle aches the next day .
after training went Fernvale.L with Peiling, Ivy and Amelia .
im craving soo badly for Bubbletea since morning .
like an addiction .
and ii cant resist the temptation for that choco bar .
oh craps , so fattening !
no more of these , healthy diet pleeease .
went off with Peiling first .
we saw a little Jack Russel tied to a lamppost .
dont know which irresponsible owner left it like this .
and it was whining all along since it sighted our presence .
so poor thing sia , wth .
and for the past 20mins no one came to get it .
abandon-ing it in this way ?
then called Jen to come down to bring it , its like much persuasion from me can .
because we two just dont bear to leave it alone .
ii just dont get it why owners have the intention to buy them when they merely know how to take care of them ?
